At Press & Go®, we want you to shop with confidence. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy, designed to be clear, fair, and compliant with EU consumer regulations.
🔁 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days at: support@press2go.shop and include your order number and reason for return.
📦 Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete
- Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories
- No signs of use, water residue, dirt, wear, or installation
Products that show clear signs of use or incomplete returns may be refused or refunded partially, in accordance with EU law.
⚠️ Important – Large & Hygienic Products
For large or hygienic household appliances (such as wet & dry vacuum cleaners):
- Returns are accepted only if the product has not been used
- Products that have been filled with water, tested extensively, or show hygiene-related use cannot be accepted as a withdrawal
- This does not affect your legal rights in case of a defective product
🔧 Defective or Malfunctioning Products
If your product is defective or not functioning properly, please contact us first at support@press2go.shop.
- We will offer troubleshooting, instructions, or replacement parts where applicable
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with EU warranty law
Defects are handled under warranty, not as standard returns.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Press & Go® is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments
💰 Refunds
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the product shows depreciation due to use, a partial refund may apply
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or visibly worn products
- Products with water residue, dirt, or hygiene-related use
- Items returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
- Incomplete returns (missing parts or accessories)
